Dr Kugajeevan Vigneswaran

Consultant in Reproductive Medicine

Dr Kugajeevan Vigneswaran is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery.

Dr Vigneswaran graduated from St. George’s, University of London in 2008. He remained in London, spending a decade training in obstetrics and gynaecology and working in teaching hospitals including Guy’s and St Thomas’ and St George’s Hospital.  

He then completed a dedicated fellowship in assisted conception before undertaking Subspeciality Training in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and King’s Fertility, leading to his dual accreditation with the General Medical Council. 

He continued on at King’s Fertility where he now works as a Consultant offering reproductive medicine care as well as specialised clinics in reproductive endocrinology and ambulatory gynaecology.   

Dr Vigneswaran is actively engaged in research, publishing peer-reviewed papers, giving lectures as well as authoring several book chapters on the use of ultrasound in subfertility, the treatment of subfertility and the impact of gynaecological conditions on reproductive outcomes. 

He is a member of the British Fertility Society (BFS), British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE), Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (RCOG), British Menopause Society (BMS) as well as the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).
